Hello, friends! Captain Bruce here, speaking on behalf of the Harmony Team. Our room is all about making sure senior cats and those needing long-term care have a safe, loving place to call home. We believe every cat deserves to age gracefully, without the fear of being abandoned or euthanized before their time.

At our recent team meeting, we all agreed that early spay and neuter practices are crucial. It’s heartbreaking to see so many cats suffering in shelters or on the streets simply because people don’t take these steps. We’re passionate about creating a world where every cat has a chance to live out their golden years in peace and comfort.

 

Now, we’ve got a bit of friendly competition going with the other teams at Shadow Cats, but I think we all know that supporting the Harmony Team is a dollar well spent! Every contribution helps us continue our mission to provide care and advocacy for some of the most vulnerable cats in our community.

About the Event

Shadow Cats on Parade is a major fundraising event at Shadow Cats. The purpose is to raise critical funds for the special needs and hospice cats at the Sanctuary in a fun and entertaining way. 

The cats at Shadow Cats live in five different areas of the Sanctuary. (Cookie’s Place, Cookie’s Annex, Harmony, Wild Side and Oasis) Each area and the cats within that area are engaging in a ‘mostly’ friendly competition going head-to-head to raise crucial funds. Each room has its own team captain and mission, and they’re all working hard to be named “Best of the Best!”.   The cat area that raises the most wins their very own Kitty Party, complete with treats and toys and they get bragging rights!  Read more about each area by clicking on each room.

Your donations to any given room helps that area to win!  All donations provide medical care, daily necessities, and the support these special cats need to thrive throughout the Sanctuary.

So which kitty is it?  Pick your favorite, get in their corner, make a donation, and cheer them on as they work to be the top team at the Sanctuary!

Bruce our captain for this room is just the best cat and he is rounding up all his buddies in Harmony to be the winners! How can you not make Captain Bruce and Team Harmony win this! In Harmony are some of the 'coolest cats' at the sanctuary. Precious Emmy, she is a warrior girl,  Leo , amazing boy, Crinkle Fry such a goofball, Pepper , she is a star , Kibbles and Bits, what a cutie, Jimmy, so precious , our girl Zoe, what a pesrsonality , gorgeous Marty, And of course  our Captain Bruce, just the coolest. All with medical issues they deal with every day,  but living their best lives . 

So Harmony is the room  , Captain Bruce the leader! Let's fundraise to be the best room! Thanks ever so!

She has medical issues with her mouth but she continues to amaze us with her strong and sweet spirit. Your donations help assist with the medical care our precious Emmy receives.
